Christa Dickenson is Executive Director of Interactive Ontario. As a marketing executive, Ms. Dickenson brings to Interactive Ontario close to two decades of experience leveraging partnerships and optimizing sponsorship opportunities. Having had a successful career spanning broadcast television, technology & telecommunications, Ms. Dickenson worked at Rogers, CTV and CPAC prior to joining Interactive Ontario. Ms. Dickenson possesses an un-paralleled talent for brand advocacy and innovation coupled with a strong business acumen. In addition to a professional background spanning both the creative and business sides of the broadcast, technology and telecommunications industries, Ms. Dickenson has volunteered extensively with a variety of local and international non-profit organizations.

As Business Director with New Media Manitoba, Louie’s role leading the business development team includes assisting companies with securing funding and investment, facilitating trade missions and business-to-business matchmaking, soliciting partnering opportunities, connecting companies to talent, industry research, advocacy, and promotion of Manitoba’s interactive digital media companies. Louie has nearly 10 years of experience working with the interactive digital media industry, as prior to his current position he worked as an investment analyst and new media manager at Telefilm Canada offices in Halifax and Toronto.

SaskInteractive acts on behalf of its members to identify potential business opportunities, strategic partnerships and collaboration. Connecting the industry to government, educational institutions and to enhance public awareness of the industry. Thomas has several decades of experience in the arts and business development across Canada and is a leader who excels at understanding markets and implementing business strategies that will lead to success. Equally comfortable working with private or non-profit ventures, boards and clients of all types. Champion of the arts and proud of the creative talent in all Saskatchewan industries.

Director, Alliance Numérique


Catherine Émond has a political science degree from the University of Montreal . Her career path led her to occupy various positions within political representatives’ cabinets both at the municipal and provincial levels. She also has been active in public organizations in key sectors for the development of Quebec. With profesionalism and tact, she handles economic issues and positions them into Quebec policies, and she has distinguished herself both by her keen sense of leadership and strategy and her ability to mobilize the players around a common project.

Catherine aims to lead and carry out the various activities of Alliance Numérique, particularly to promote its positioning and development as well as what characterizes the membership’s business field. Her mandate also includes the administration of the organization and especially, its influence in the community.
